§4 No Sale or Sharing of Personal Data
PurifiedPay LLC does not sell, rent, lease, or trade your personal information to any third party — ever. Your data is not used for advertising networks, data brokers, or any form of commercial data sharing.
We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Payment Processors: We share necessary billing information with Square to complete transactions (see §5). Square operates under its own privacy policy.

§5 Payment Processing via Square
All payment transactions are processed securely through Square, Inc., a third-party payment processor. When you provide your credit or debit card information during checkout, that data is transmitted directly to Square using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption.
PurifiedPay LLC does not store, log, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive card data. Square's systems handle all cardholder data in compliance with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS).
- Square's handling of your payment information is governed by Square's Privacy Policy, available at squareup.com/legal/privacy.
- We retain only non-sensitive transaction records (e.g., transaction ID, date, amount, last four digits of card) for our own billing and record-keeping purposes.
- By making a payment through our platform, you also agree to Square's applicable terms and privacy practices.
§6 Cookies & Analytics
Our website uses minimal cookies and tracking technologies. We do not use aggressive advertising trackers or third-party behavioral profiling tools.
- Essential Cookies: Small cookies may be set to ensure the website functions correctly (e.g., session state, form security tokens). These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without affecting site functionality.
- Analytics: We may use basic, privacy-respecting analytics (such as aggregate page view counts) to understand how visitors use our site. Any analytics data is anonymized and not linked to individual identities.
- No Advertising Cookies: We do not use cookies for advertising retargeting, remarketing, or behavioral ad profiling.
Most web browsers allow you to control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Disabling cookies may affect certain website features but will not prevent you from accessing our content.
§7 Data Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by applicable law.
- Client Records: Information related to completed engagements is retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with Wyoming business record-keeping requirements and applicable tax laws.
- Payment Records: Transaction records (non-sensitive) are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with IRS and state financial record requirements.
- Communications: Email and written correspondence may be retained for up to three (3) years from the date of last contact.
- Inactive Accounts: If you have not engaged our services in five (5) years and have no outstanding matters, we will securely delete or anonymize your personal data upon request.
When data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized so that it can no longer be associated with you.
